Parents furnace went out around Christmas time. Bob came very quick and replaced the faulty inducer. Upon inspection of the furnace he noticed the heat exchanger was in bad shape on this 20+ year old unit. Bob & his team came back and replaced the whole furnace. Job was done very neatly, affordably & professionally. Would highly recommend B&Z heating to anybody in the south suburbs. 5 stars !

Let me start by saying that I have always been very cautious because almost every company tries to rip people off. Well, let me tell you, B&Z provides honest, fair, and quality services. They are a family-owned and operated company. My furnace was overheating due to the wrong air filter. They came, inspected the unit, and scheduled me for a follow-up cleaning. I will be a regular customer and will be getting my yearly cleaning with B&Z from now on!

B & Z is the best. Bob and his crew responded very quickly and helped me make the right decision on a new furnace and AC unit. Unlike many HVAC providers I’ve worked with, Bob carries and can provide any of the major brands, so he does not push one brand and upsell for more than you need. He did a thorough analysis and test to determine the appropriate size systems and gave me options on good, better, best and associated pros and cons. Most importantly Bob is honest and trustworthy. Quick response, comprehensive evaluation and recommendations, competitive and fair pricing and high quality installation. Highly recommend B & Z!

What can I say? You couldn’t ask for better work from Rob’s team in the Installation and conversion from boiler to forced air, heating and cooling. These guys are true professionals and Carrier brand experts, and have an art and Passion for what they do. I would Highly recommend given these guys a call for your HVAC needs of any kind.
